Breakaway is an 18+ event, no exceptions. Certain ticket types (ie. Space Deck Terrace) are 21+. Please read each ticketing description prior to checkout to view the age restriction for that ticket type.
Breakaway Festival tickets are sent out 2 weeks prior to the festival, but you should have received a ticket purchase confirmation email from our ticketing platform, Universe. If you are unable to locate that email, please contact support@universe.com.

Yes! Breakaway does not facilitate transfers and sales, however we welcome individual purchasers to do so on their own accord. We recommend changing the name and email on the ticket to the new attendee, click HERE on how to edit ticket information. Please note, tickets will not be sent out until two weeks prior to the festival.
Breakaway will release single day tickets for all festivals closer to the festival dates, subject to change, pricing and availability. Please visit your specific festival page and our social media for their release.
Breakaway has a strict no refund policy. For more details you can view our Ticketing Terms and Conditions. We encourage those who are no longer able to attend to sell their ticket to a friend or via a third party platform.
VIP upgrades can only be accommodated at the Box Office on the day of the event, subject to availability and prices may vary. Ultimate VIP upgrades can only be done in advance by emailing sales@teambreakaway.com

There is no same-day re-entry into the festival.

We will have plenty of food vendors serving delicious food all day, as well as plenty of bars serving non-alcoholic beverages in addition to beer and liquor for those 21+.
Breakaway is a cashless event, although some non-food/beverage vendors may take cash as an acceptable form of payment.
Breakaway is rain or shine. In the event of rain and non-severe weather, the festival will continue as planned. In the event of severe weather (including lightning, high winds, tornado, etc), under the direction of local authorities and venue policies to ensure the safety of all patrons, the festival may be postponed until weather passes with no refunds. Should severe weather be present in the area, announcements will be made from the Main Stage PA system.
