Breakaway is an 18+ event. Certain ticket types, including Space Deck Terrace, are 21+. Please review each ticket description prior to checkout for specific age restrictions.

VIP upgrades can only be accommodated at the Box Office on the day of the event, subject to availability. Prices may vary.

Ultimate VIP and Space Deck Terrace upgrades must be completed in advance by emailing sales@teambreakaway.com.

There is no same-day re-entry into the festival.

The following items are prohibited inside the festival grounds:

• Large bags larger than 14”x6”x14”, including backpacks
• Professional camera equipment, including detachable lenses, tripods, battery packs, and commercial video equipment
• Video cameras and GoPros
• Totems and poles
• Umbrellas
• Individual glow sticks, wands, and masks
• Chairs, stools, inflatable seating, and seat cushions with backs
• Tents or pop-up shade structures
• Aerosol cans, spray paint, and pressurized cans
• Frisbees and sports balls
• Glass containers of any kind
• Selfie sticks
• Drones or remote-controlled aircraft systems
• Weapons of any kind, including knives, pepper spray, stun guns, firearms, and concealed weapons
• Food or beverages of any kind
• Illegal drugs, substances, or harmful chemicals
• Marijuana and medical marijuana in any form
• Laser pointers, silly string, and spray paint
• Fireworks, flares, smoke bombs, and pyrotechnics
• Whistles, airhorns, and noisemakers
• Hoverboards, one-wheels, electric scooters, and similar devices
• Any item deemed dangerous or that may be used as a projectile
• Pets (service animals only permitted)

Any prohibited items surrendered at the gates will be disposed of immediately. Breakaway reserves the right to refuse any item deemed unsafe or inappropriate.

The following items are permitted inside the festival grounds, subject to security screening:

• Bags 14”x6”x14” or smaller (no backpacks or large bags)
• Point-and-shoot cameras with no detachable lenses
• Flags without poles
• Empty hydration packs with no more than two total pockets and no larger than 14”x6”x14”
• One empty reusable transparent plastic water bottle per person (1 liter max)
• Non-aerosol sunscreen, bug spray, deodorant, hand sanitizer, and wet wipes (travel-size only)
• Feminine hygiene products
• Glowing or illuminated costumes and jewelry
• Wearable glow accessories up to 16oz
• Unopened cigarette packs, vapes, Juuls, and electronic smoking devices
• Hula hoops, LED hoops, LED whips, poi, orbitals, gloves, microlights, and flowlights
• Blankets, towels, sheets, yoga mats, and moon mats
• Ponchos
• Small misting fans
• Earplugs

Prescription medications are permitted only if:

• They are in the original pharmacy bottle with a current and valid prescription
• The prescription includes your name, medication name, and dosage
• The name on your ID matches the prescription bottle

Guests may only bring a reasonable single-day supply of medication. Any medical disposal items must be discarded in designated medical containers located at Medical Tents.

Inhalers are permitted only with a valid prescription and must follow the same guidelines listed above.

Marijuana and medical marijuana are prohibited at Breakaway without exception.

Food required for medical conditions or allergies is permitted. Please refer to the Accessibility FAQ for more information.

Diaper bags and breast pumps are permitted and are exempt from standard bag size restrictions. All such items remain subject to security screening.

Breakaway reserves the right to refuse any item deemed unsafe or inappropriate.

Yes! There will be a variety of food vendors serving food throughout the festival, along with bars offering non-alcoholic beverages, beer, and liquor for guests 21+.

Breakaway is a cashless event. Some non-food and beverage vendors may still accept cash at their discretion.

Breakaway is a rain-or-shine event. In the event of rain or non-severe weather, the festival will continue as scheduled.

If severe weather occurs, including lightning, high winds, or tornado conditions, the festival may be temporarily postponed under the direction of local authorities and venue policies to ensure guest safety. No refunds will be issued due to weather delays or postponements.

Should severe weather impact the area, announcements will be made from the Main Stage PA system.
