When and where is this? What are the age restrictions?
August 26-27, 2016 at the Ohio Expo Center in Columbus, Ohio. This event is all ages. The festival from 4PM-1AM on Friday, Aug. 26 and from 2PM-11PM on Saturday, Aug. 27.

What is included with a VIP ticket?
Your VIP ticket includes express entry, access to the exclusive VIP sections located at the front-right of the stages, premium elevated viewing areas, private restrooms and bars, and more. Your VIP ticket also allows you in all areas included with a GA ticket.
Can I park on-site?
YES! We will have ample parking for all passenger vehicles (cars/trucks/SUVs/vans) at the venue. Parking is accessible off of 17th Ave., immediately south of the actual festival. NOTE: There is a Columbus Crew SC soccer match Saturday evening. Do NOT follow signs for Columbus Crew soccer parking; it is more expensive and farther away.
Is there re-entry?
There is no in-and-out privileges or re-entry permitted at the festival.
What is your alcohol policy?
As always, you must be 21 or older to consume alcohol. BYOB is not permitted inside the festival.
What items are allowed in, and what items are prohibited?
- Fireworks, glow lanterns, or explosives
- Drugs or illegal substances
- Weapons of any kind (includes all guns and knives)
- Golf clubs
- Professional video/audio/photo equipment
- Any glass
- Laser Pointers
- Food (we have plenty of food trucks inside!)
- Totems, flags, or signs on poles (flags by themselves are permitted, but the poles are not)
- Selfie sticks
- Foldable chairs
- EMPTY Camelbaks
- Hula hoops
- Small bags (including drawstring bags). Note that bags are subject to search upon entry.
- Empty non-disposable water bottles (like Nalgenes, Camelbaks, etc.). Empty disposable plastic bottles are NOT allowed (like an empty bottle of pop, etc)
Will there be food inside the venue?
YES! We’ll have local and regional food trucks and vendors dishing out delicious food throughout the festival.
Are outside food and beverages allowed in?
Unfortunately, outside food and beverage is not allowed inside of Breakaway. Empty Camelbaks are allowed, and we will have Breakaway water bottles available for sale inside. The venue has permanent bathrooms (with sinks) and water fountains throughout which will allow you to fill your Camelbak and stay hydrated.

Your 2-Day ticket includes admission to Friday (8/26) and Saturday (8/27) into the festival. Does NOT include same day re-entry into the concert.
How can my business become involved with Breakaway? Can I have a vendor booth at Breakaway?
