  • The festival is a rain or shine event.
  • Line up/ set times are subject to change.
  • Show will conclude around 11:00 PM.

Stages

Main Stage: Located inside the stadium bowl at the North end.

  • A Field GA, Field VIP, or All Star VIP ticket is required for access to the Field area in front of the Main Stage.
  • A wristband is required to gain access to the Field for the Main Stage.
  • Limit one wristband per Field GA, Field VIP, or All Star VIP ticket.
  • All other viewing for the Main Stage is in the stadium bowl seating.
  • A limited quantity of Field GA tickets are available. Stadium GA tickets may be upgradable to Field GA access pending availability.
  • Wristbands will not be replaced if lost or stolen.

Local Stage: Located outside the stadium bowl on the South end of the stadium on the Crew Kicker Plaza.

  • All ticket types will have access to this area on a first-come, first-serve basis.
  • There are no seating areas.

Dance Tent: Located outside the stadium bowl on the Southwest lawn in the large white Stadium Club Tent.

  • All ticket types will have access to this area on a first-come, first-serve basis.
  • There are no seating areas.

Parking Information

Parking lots open at 9:00 AM on Saturday.
Parking fees:

  • General Parking: $20
  • VIP Parking: $30

Parking lots are closed and cleared at midnight on Saturday night. No overnight parking is permitted.

Prohibited Items

The following items are not permitted inside Crew Stadium and will be confiscated upon entry:

  •  No instruments
  • No knives / weapons
  • No chains/ chain wallets
  • No blankets
  • No umbrellas
  • No large back packs or duffle bags (No larger than 12 inches by 12 inches by 18 inches)
  • No camelpacks or bota bags
  • No tents
  • No drugs & drug paraphernalia
  • No video cameras
  • No audio recording devices
  • No cameras of a professional quality (those with a detachable lens)
  • No glass bottles, cans, or coolers
  • No outside food or beverage of any kind
  • No powdered substances
  • No glowsticks
  • No flagpoles of any kind
  • No chairs, folding chairs or seats cushions with metal backs
  • No pets (Properly trained service animals are permitted.)

Re-Entry

Columbus Crew Stadium has a no re-entry policy. Guests may not exit and re-enter using the same ticket. If there is a medical emergency, please visit Guest Services, located at the southwest end of the stadium next to the Administrative Office on the Crew Kicker Plaza.

Crowd Surfing

Crowd surfing is dangerous and is discouraged by the promoters of the Breakaway Music Festival. For your safety and for the safety of others, please do not crowd surf.

Throwing Items

Throwing items of any kind is dangerous and discouraged by the promoters of Breakaway Music Festival. For the safety of others, please do not throw items of any kind. This can be grounds for immediate ejection.

Merchandise

There will be numerous locations throughout the venue to purchase band and event merchandise. Please be advised that some merchandise areas may be cash only.

Food and Beverage

There are numerous locations throughout the venue to purchase food and beverages. Vegetarian food is available at select locations. Drinking fountains are located around the venue.  Please be advised that some concession areas may be cash only.

ATM’s

ATMs are located on the southwest and southeast Lower Concourse.

Alcohol

Guests must comply with all stadium alcohol policies. Guests must be 21 years of age or older with a valid I.D. to purchase or consume alcoholic beverages on stadium grounds. Valid I.D.s include but are not limited to; Driver’s licenses from all 50 states, Ohio identification cards, U.S. Military I.D.s, and passports. I.D.s not accepted include but are not limited to; Non-Ohio identification cards (this does not mean driver’s license), horizontal Ohio driver’s licenses. Guests
are not permitted to carry alcoholic beverages in or out of Crew Stadium.

Smoking

Crew Stadium is a non-smoking facility with designated smoking areas. Smoking is not permitted in the stands, hospitality areas, suites or in line for concessions, merchandise or restrooms. Electronic cigarettes are permitted, but should be used only in designated smoking areas.

Restrooms

Restrooms are located in all four corners of the Upper Concourse, and east and west sides of the Lower Concourse. All permanent facilities are accessible to persons with disabilities. Additional temporary restroom facilities will be located throughout the venue.

Accessible Seating

Wheelchair-accessible and companion seating are available throughout the stadium. For assistance, please see Guest Services, located at the southwest end of the stadium next to the Administrative Office on the Crew Kicker Plaza.

Lost and Found

To claim, report, or turn in a lost article, guests should visit Guest Services, located at the southwest end of the stadium next to the Administrative Office on the Crew Kicker Plaza. Following the concert, inquiries regarding lost items may be directed to the Crew Ticket Office.

First Aid and Medical Needs

First Aid will be available throughout the day. First Aid is located in the southwest corner of the stadium on the Lower Concourse near Section 121/ the Subway concession area. For patrons with medical needs requiring special accommodations, please contact the Crew Ticket Office in
advance for further information.
